Considering that BEST is head & shoulders above PMT in offering quality service with fantastic frequencies, good reach across the city in reasonably well maintained buses driven by well trained staff, the prices of BEST are an absolute steal. In contrast PMT buses are dusty, broken, rusted metal ends coming out here-there-everywhere, are unreliable and have frequencies between 30-60 minutes!! Not even an insane person will pay for such a service.
